Golf Isn’t Comfortable So Get Over It


What I’m saying with this message is that reality is much worse than your perception of yourself. Video reveals inefficiencies.

With improving physical movement or retraining motor learning you must be willing to look at every angle and commit to doing whatever it takes to minimize the wasted movement.

You may “feel” as if you are rotating or holding off or shifting your weight properly or getting the club on the correct plane but in reality with video analysis you are off the mark.

Practice doesn’t make perfect; practice makes permanent.

Improvement results from deliberate, deep, slow movements under immense pressure and judgement from an expert.
