Write down your old bad habits that you will never have happen again… write them down on a big rock, an old boyfriend’s t-shirt, an old towel – whatever you have that will burn or drown easily.

I learned this practice from my sports psychologist. We all have little demons in everything that we do, especially when WE PUT OURSELVES UNDER THE GUN. That’s right! We are the ones that put pressure on ourselves to outperform our skill.
